License Agreement

By purchasing images from matthewhermes.com you agree to the below license agreement.

This agreement between licensor (matthewhermes.com) and licensee (purchaser) is non-exclusive. The licensor is free to enter into separate license agreements with third parties interested in using the same photographs.

By this agreement, the licensor allows the licensee to use, display, or publish images purchased on matthewhermes.com in any commercial, personal, non-profit or editorial projects involving advertising, print media, web site publication, or broadcast as chosen by the licensee. This usage will be limited to:

• Commercial use in print is limited to 1 year starting from date of purchase.
• Commercial use in broadcast is limited to 1 year starting from the date of purchase.
• Commercial print usage limited to a maximum 50 units. Larger volume license available upon request.
• Personal, non-profit and editorial project use is limited to 1 year from date of purchase.
• Unlimited duration on the licensee’s website.
• Resale of images is not permitted.

This license is not transferable to a third party. Matthewhermes.com remains the sole owner of the image’s copyright. No transfer of intellectual property is made by this agreement. This agreement is effective as of the date of purchase.

No refunds are permitted on any purchases.
